
Maria Kakoglepi
Ms. Kakoglepi Maria comes from a family of livestock farmers and started her own livestock business in 2012 with organic goats and pigs. Apart from organic meat, she also produces more than 90 tons of organic goat's milk per year, almost all of which she sells to cheese dairies for the production of goat cheese.
Mrs. Kakoglepi Maria, as a breeder, participates with her animals in the test farms with aromatic plants. The milk produced from these test farms is used both for laboratory research and for industrial-scale trials of organic cheese production. She also contributes to the dissemination of the project results.
