
Konstantinos Kokkinomatis
Mr. Konstantinos Kokkinomatis comes from a family of livestock farmers and started his own livestock business in 2000 with organic goats and pigs. He produces organic meat and organic goat's milk. In 2012 he set up his own organic dairy and uses almost all the milk he and other local producers produce to make organic goat cheese. Annually he produces over 45 tons of organic goat milk and over 12 tons of organic goat cheese.
Mr. Konstantinos Kokkinomatis, having an organic cheese dairy and operating as a processing and marketing company of agricultural products, contributes significantly to the implementation of the project, as he carries out the pilot cheese production on an industrial scale, contributing decisively to the investigation of the cheese-making parameters of the milk produced by the pilot farms. As a farmer, he also participates with his animals in the pilot farms with aromatic plants and contributes to the dissemination of the results of the project.
