ELGO Dimitra

The Institute of Animal Production Science is the research structure of the Hellenic Agricultural Organisation - DIMITRA (ELGO-DIMITRA) in the field of Animal Production. Among the objectives of ELGO-DIMITRA are the conduct of research, the promotion of innovation and technology, the dissemination of knowledge and the provision of advisory services in all sectors of the agri-food chain. The scientific fields in which IEZP is active are: the nutrition of productive animals and the quality of feed products, the rational management and utilization of feed raw materials, the breeding of productive animals, etc.

In the project OREGANO, ELGO DIMITRA is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the experimental protocol of the project and for reporting the results of the breeding.
