Fani Mamatsopoulou

Fani Mamatsopoulou holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Thrace and a degree in Economics from the University of Thrace. Since 2017 she has been working as a Business and Institutional Consultant with her own sole proprietorship. She has extensive experience in project management of NSRF, Development Law and other funded projects. She also has extensive experience in project management with multiple partners and even in a transnational (cross-border) Interreg project. In particular, she participated as Project Manager and Financial Manager in the implementation of the cross-border project "High Technology for protection of Biodiversity through early fire detection in high significance protected forest areas / FIRE DETECTION" of Interreg "Greece - Bulgaria 2014-2020" with the Municipality of Soufli as coordinating partner.

Fani Mamasopoulou, utilizing her experience in collaborative projects, acts within the framework of the project OREGANO as an innovation facilitator, facilitating the procedures for the implementation of innovative ideas, the selection of the most suitable ones based on the specific characteristics of the production units participating in the project. She also undertakes the techno-economic evaluation of the results of each year of breeding experiments. Fani Mamasopoulou has also been appointed Project Coordinator by the Coordinator of the Operational Group.
