The goal of the operational project is to investigate the use of essential oils and/or dew of aromatic plants as additive supplements in the diet of organically reared goats and their effect on the production and quality of the products. By exploiting the wide range of these bioactive compounds, as well as their biologically active properties (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and digestive process enhancement), it is intended that they will be used preventively to enhance the health and increase the productivity of the animals.
